Video surveillance

Flexilast’s properties are under video surveillance. To access the premises during alarmed hours, you must use a mobile app for arming and disarming the alarm system. Additionally, your mobile number must be registered with Flexilast.

Important information

• Make sure to log in using the SMS code feature.
• You are responsible for managing your own alarm activation and deactivation, even if the area appears to have already been disarmed. For example, if you log into the app and see that someone else has disarmed the alarm, you must still disarm it yourself. Failure to do so could result in being automatically alarmed in if others re-arm the system before the time shown in the app expires.
• By default, disarming is allowed in 15-minute intervals. If you need a longer interval, please contact  fastighet@flexilast.se.
