Flexilast is certified according to SS-ISO 9001, year 1998, to SS-ISO 14001, year 2000 and to SS-ISO 45001, year 2020. This ensures we are continuously working to improve the quality of our services offered. It also means that Flexilast is striving for a good and safe working environment and protecting the environment by using modern technology for the recycling and pollution diminishing.

Flexilast conducts activities under the Environmental Code. The license requirement relates to our fuel stations in Eslöv, Hässleholm, Hörby and Höör and washing facility in Eslöv.

The introduction of mobile communications has now been proven to provide great efficiency especially on the order flow in Flexilast. Customers and undertakers have access to all order information directly via the respective website.

On May 25th, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, replaced the Swedish Personal Data Act, PUL.

It is important to us at Flexilast that you feel confident in how we handle your personal data. We hereby provide information on how we treat and share the information we have about you.

By entering into an agreement with Flexilast and for credit sales to apply, the customer agrees to Flexilast collecting, storing, processing and using personal data, ie. name, address, telephone number, social security number and e-mail address for performing the service. Also, within the administration and planning of Flexilast’s work, such as preparation of reports and statistics and marketing activities (unless targeted advertising has been declined).

When requesting a quotation or ordering a product or service, Flexilast collects personal data on creditworthiness from an external part.

Flexilast processes personal data in order to be able to handle quotations, agreements and ordered services, invoicing and possibly claim compensation for non-payment.

Flexilast processes personal data for course participants in order to be able to remind them when the validity period for courses or permits expires.

Flexilast processes personal data to comply with legal obligations, such as accounting requirements.

Flexilast shares certain information with the hauler (co-owners of Flexilast as well as hired haulers) who perform services for Flexilast.

Flexilast shares information about invoices with an external part responsible for delivering the invoices.

Authorisations for completed courses and permits are registered with the relevant authorities and joint committees in the education sector (eg the Swedish Transport Agency, MSB, ID-06, TYA). Flexilast processes personal data for course participants in order to have the possibility to remind participants when a permit or course period expires.

Where applicable, Flexilast may share information with debt collection companies for the recovery of non-payment and insurance companies in case of complaints.

During marketing/customer research or at customer events where the customer admits and submits personal data, Flexilast may also contact the customer via e-mail unless the customer explicitly declined it.
