Terms and conditions

On May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaced the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). It is important for us at Flexilast that you feel secure about how we handle your personal data. We hereby inform you about how we process and share the information we have about you.

By entering into an agreement/contract with Flexilast and in order for credit sales to occur, the customer consents to Flexilast collecting, storing, processing, and using personal data, i.e., name, address, telephone number, personal identification number, and possibly email address for the performance of the service. This also applies to the administration and planning of Flexilast’s work, such as preparing reports and statistics, as well as marketing activities (unless a no direct marketing request has been made).

When requesting a quote or placing an order for a product or service, Flexilast collects personal data about creditworthiness from an external party.

Flexilast processes personal data in order to handle quotes, agreements, and ordered services, to invoice, and possibly to claim compensation in the event of non-payment.

Flexilast processes personal data for training participants in order to be able to remind them when the validity period for courses or permits expires.

Flexilast processes personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations, e.g., accounting and bookkeeping requirements.

Flexilast shares certain information with the carriers (co-owners of Flexilast as well as subcontracted carriers) that perform services for Flexilast.

Flexilast shares invoice information with an external party responsible for invoice delivery.

Permissions for completed trainings and permits are registered with the relevant authorities and cooperating bodies within the education sector (e.g., the Swedish Transport Agency, MSB, ID-06, TYA). Flexilast processes personal data for training participants to be able to remind them when a permit or course period expires.

In applicable cases, Flexilast may share information with collection agencies for the collection of unpaid invoices and with insurance companies regarding potential claims issues.

In marketing/customer surveys or at customer events, if the customer discloses and provides personal data, Flexilast may also contact the customer via email unless the customer has explicitly declined this.

The controllers responsible for processing personal data are Flexilast Ek.För, Org. no. 742000-0403, Box 168, 241 23 ESLÖV.

If you do not consent to the processing of the personal data that Flexilast has saved as described above, you have the right to request deletion of certain of your data. Please notify Flexilast via email at: info@flexilast.se.
